We had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and cleaned daily. We enjoyed the comfortable and big beds. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and the food at dinner was tasteful with big enough portions. The facilities, including the sauna, kids playroom, and ski room were great. The transportation was convenient with options nearby.

    Nothing could have been better.

Hotel exceeded expectation. Tasty and rich dinners. A lot of space all around the hotel - especially appreciated by children. Ideal location for alpine hiking (in the neighbourhood of Kaunertal glacier) and either a lot of attracttions for children easily reachable by car (like Murmliwasser, Goldwasser etc.).

Nice and friendly staff, good meals, amazing views all around

not a single sign in English in the entire hotel including restaurant menu (had to ask to translate everything), and (not very important but noticeable) no TV channels in English.

Located near a popular glacier, this hotel offers comfortable rooms with good beds and clean facilities. Guests can enjoy a bonus of a ski room and sauna after a long day on the slopes. Though breakfast may lack variety, dinners are tasty and filling. the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, making the stay an enjoyable experience.

Some guests may feel uncomfortable with the hotel's sauna dress code policies.

    Very good

Spending Christmas in the alps was a great idea. I loved the stunning snowy scenery and enjoyed the peaceful setting. One of the best aspects of my stay was the delicious food that was served. The breakfast had a great variety and the dinners were tasty. Another positive was the cozy rooms and comfortable beds, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, it was great being close to the ski slopes and having access to convenient shuttle services.

While the location is great for accessing the ski slopes, it was a bit too remote for my liking. while the hotel was clean, some of the furniture was a bit outdated.

Incredible value for money, clean and friendly staff. We appreciated the variety of tasty meals offered at the restaurant. We loved the stunning view from our room window. the convenient location, just a short walk from the main attractions, was a definite plus.

The breakfast selection was a little repetitive and there were not enough gluten-free options for those with dietary requirements. the sauna experience was uncomfortable for some, as everyone was required to undress completely.
